        Ryder closes at 4:00. I was coming from several states away I got there at 3:50 p.m. I was greeted by the lovely Claire. Five star customer service.She was an absolute doll. I was tired and cranky and she could not have been more patient and accommodating. Claire answered all my questions and represented Ryder in the best possible way. I have been to dozens of Ryder locations. I don't recall anyone being a jerk but Claire went above and beyond so thank you.

        Got me in and out quickly for PM and Federal Inspection. Under 3hrs. When I called to make appointment II was asked what they works for me and got scheduled on day requested without excuses about how many techs were available. Shop had everyone working on something- no one shop staff was standing around outside a bay smoking a cigarette . And courteous. Front office staff was kind enough to direct me to the shop when she noticed i searching for entrance.
