FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I used to love FEDEX KINKOS, but I went there to fax or mail a document. The employees had me standing at the front counter for about ten minutes while the employees were standing around talking. The employee told me that they couldn't ship an envelope to a post office box and that I had to take it to the Post Office to do that. That is a lie and I will not be going back to this useless place.

The staff at this location truly take the dreadful feeling out of having to do any printing/Faxing/shipping. Mr. Gabriel, the assistant manager, leads by example and all his staff are always happy to render help with a smile on their face and a positive attitude, regardless of their work load. Thank you for all your help team, keep up the great work!

First time using services like this and had to pretty much figure it out on my own. Staff yelled across the store what we needed to do instead of coming over to help. They had no customers they were waiting on. Little frustrating but we did it eventually. I'd go elsewhere next time.

2024-03: I've only utilized this location for dropping off packages to be shipped. Everytime I've gone in, the employees were pleasant and staying busy. I've not used any other aspect of this locations services.
