Our builder hired this company for a repair and it has been an absolute nightmare. Showed up on a day they werent scheduled for so we werent home. Then DIDNT show on the day they were supposed to be. Got rescheduled and are now 3 hours late and havent called to inform us and no one including our builder has been able to contact them. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Very fast, responsible, and finished ahead of schedule. Great service. I recommend this company to anybody planning to have their roof repaired or replaced. Bob and his crew did an excellent job. Due to recent storms in the area, roofing companies were completely booked. This one wasn't and that should've been my first red flag. I set up an appointment and made sure my wife was home well before they arrived. Upon their arrival, they remained in the worktruck, in the driveway for just a few moments before leaving. About 30 minutes later, I get a phone call informing me that the entire roof needed to be replaced. I'm guessing they did their inspection through a pair of binoculars (extreme sarcasm). What a joke. I wouldn't use this company if they were the only roofing company in the area. Good luck should you choose to do so. Very unprofessional and zero customer service
