Honest Abe Roofing Augusta

I had the WORST experience with this place. I called, had someone come out and help me with my roof. Had a hail storm and the hail did some damage to my roof. The company came out and "fixed" the damages and had me start paying on the loan. A week passes and we have a another rain, and i hear drip drip drip. So i called them again. Said not sure if it's all fixed, but i hear a continued drip and discoloration in my ceiling. They said "It's just the Pipe boot that you're hearing leak. Call us if it continues." Another big rain comes and I still hear a drip. So I call again. Guy comes out and just inspects in the inside of the house and says it's just the pipe boot if it continues to get color call us again. So a month or 2 so pass before we get another big rain. Rains again and I hear drip drip drip. Try and call, no one answers, I call the main line and leave a message, no returned phone call, called the google customer service line, they say "ok we will relay the message the the augusta office" - no returned phone call in a week. I called on and off for a month trying to get ahold of someone and NOTHING. I eventually had to get another roofing company to come out and fix the rest of the roof and had to pay them an additional price to fix this roof. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They are careless and do not care about their customers. I still have to pay the loan on top of what I had to pay the other company to fix the actual problem. This is TERRIBLE customer service. They don't give a crap about fixing the roof they are just trying to get your money. It's a SCAM do NOT USE honest abe!!!!!!!!!!

I had my roof replaced with the lifetime warranty, love the color of the shingles. However, now that I have a leak and need it fixed I can't get a hold of NO ONE at all. I called, emailed and texted. I even texted Jamal .... I can't believe I can't get in touch with no one.

Terrible experience. My mother paid in full for her roof and now she has received a notice that she has a lien for unpaid shingles from a company she never heard of. Honest Abe did not pay for the shingles and now they are looking for her to pay. Oh and the company is now filing for bankruptcy. Id give it 0 stars if I could

I tried calling Honest Abes for about 6 weeks. I havent been able to get through to anyone. No one called me back. It is raining in my bathroom. The ceiling has turned brown from water damage. I had to put a pan under the leak last week when it was raining.They do not stand behind their work
