The appointments were fairly fast here the first trip (not so much the second) and the level of care was excellent. The only problem I would say that was an issue would be the condition of the waiting room. It is extremely run down and it looks like it needs a good bit of TLC. As you can see from the play table, there are no magnetic pens attached to the bottom to move the toys, and the toys on the inside are broken apart. The chairs are cracked where you sit and the artwork that was chosen for the walls makes zero sense to me as a parent/grandparent. When you have to wait for an appointment for even a short amount of time it can be difficult with a small child. At appointments like these, the wait can be quite a bit longer. Why would you choose artwork that has popsicles in it??? I had to listen to my two-year-old grandson ask for a "pop" for almost 30 minutes because of this. Sometimes I wonder who makes decisions for certain things.
