        Dr. Phillips is an excellent orthopedic surgeon and his P. A , Teddy, is top notch! Teddy was a caring and personable doctor who examined my husband and prepared him for surgery. He listened and answered all of our questions. Before my husband's surgery, the anesthesiologist, Dr. Scott Medearis, performed a total nerve block on him. Dr. Medearis was so gentle and precise with the procedure. My husband woke up from surgery alert and pain free. The Day Surgery staff at Piedmont Augusta Hospital were friendly, caring and professional and we were very pleased with the hospital.
