Made an appointment for 11:15. I came in for a contact lens exam and a general exam. 1) I waited an additional 50 minutes for someone to check the fit of my contact lens after I put them in. They seemed to have forgotten about me until I asked for a wait estime. I didn't leave until 1:30. 2) They didn't have a sample of my usual lens, Acuvue Oasys, which is fine. I specifically asked if Acuvue Vita, the lens they gave me, was approved for overnight wear. I stated that Oasys was approved for overnight wear up to 6 days. I was given an enthusiastic yes, and told that were the EXACT SAME, and the only difference was that they needed to be disposed of monthly. I have worn these lens every night since my appointment due to the NEGLIGENCE here. I didn't learn this was wrong until I researched the lens myself and found that the manufactor neither advertises nor does the FDA approve the lens for overnight use. The employees were very kind but I TAKE MY EYE HEALTH VERY SERIOUSLY and it's very disappointing to know I was given incorrect information and forgotten about.
Edit: They are illegally withholding my prescription unless I come "in store". I live 4 hours away. I will be reporting them to the FTC.

My first experience was a great experience! The high tech equipment is awesome! The staff was very nice and the visit was smooth and efficient. They have a great frame selection!!!
