    Originally, I had five stars. Now the billing department is trying to rob me BLIND! The surgery process is great. Unfortunately I had to remove that review to replace it with this one. Im personally sick and tired of getting notices from the third party billing claiming I owe another hundred dollar deductible. This will drive people away no matter how good your surgery is. Ive had to call these people twice. Now this morning December 20 I get another notice that claims I owe $100 co-pay. I am waiting to hear back from one of the management personnel on this matter. I want it resolved today and it had better be resolved today! I sit here and wonder if this is some type of scam to abuse the elderly who would just go ahead and pay this without questioning it. You would think after the phone calls the problem would be resolved however, its not. Therefore I consider this nothing more than a scam from a third-party billing company to take advantage of our elderly shame the Eye Guys for allowing this to happen with a company they are paying good money to handle their billing. Finally I have a voice message from Brook dated Feb 2, 2023 which states that I do not owe them any money they are still waiting to hear from the insurance on the surgery. I received yet another bill Monday March 13 stating that I owe them $100 co pay. Which has already been paid back on November 7 period. Today on the phone Brook States that that bill was not titled correctly and that I will receive another one that is corrected. I supposedly oh something around $100 for service on my first visit. However, she states this is nothing to do with the surgery. Go back to the voice recording that says I dont owe anything they are waiting for the insurance to pay for the surgery.

    I just had my one month follow up after my 2nd catarac surgery. I am so excited to now have 20/20 vision No more contacts or glasses. Am able to pick up small print paperback book and be able to clearly read it. I highly recommend The Eye Guys in Augusta, GA. Dr.'s and staff are super. Darlene Morris
