We were sold a bill of goods at this place. My son hated it there, I'm quite suspicious as to why he didn't feel safe there compared to his current pre-school or his speech therapy facility. We were told we would receive speech, OT, and ABA therapy here. A holistic approach. The Occupational Therapist left shortly after and the speech therapist canceled majority of his sessions. This was disturbing being that we withdrew him from his former Speech Therapy sessions assuming he would receive it there. He also never received ABA therapy. When I withdrew him no one called to inquire as to why we were leaving the facility. Poor customer service and unorganized facility. Do not waste you or your child's time.

Im a SLP in another state whose nephew attended this place and it is HORRIBLE!! They consistently reported that he would do great for Months but never specifics & he showed no improvement at home. Months after saying he was doing wonderful, they called them into the directors office and told them that he was extremely low and would never leave home, never be able to communicate. They were devastated and very confused! I asked my sister what his progress reports showed and she didnt know what I was talking about, saying that they had never received Any reports! At the next session his dad requested all of his records including session notes and progress reports and they refused to provide any of them!! They had also apparently told them halfway through the year that they would need to start paying money upfront and Then insurance would be billed to reimburse them. A few months later she called the insurance company to ask about it and they were shocked and it turned into a huge thing. Insurance actually ended up pulling coverage from this facility. I warn all of my parents Never to go to this place, EVER!!!
