      image Terrible! Don't waste your time. Lifestance is profit driven COMPANY; not a health care facility! They fraudulently charge you "No Show" fees of $100 and up! They book 20 minute "virtual" appointments. It is a shame companies like this that are supposed to help are out there HURTING people by fraudulently charging insane "fees". Customer service is terrible. They do not return calls. Charge you for dates you didn't even have an appointment. They put you in the wrong "virtual waiting room" then they charge you a $100 fee because you were not in the correct "virtual waiting room". Yes, read that again! They are all about prescribing psychotropic medications without doing a proper assessment.
