        We came in with quite a few concerns and problems from another internet provider. Nikita was able to assist us and took time to explain our options while providing excellent service. Nikita was extremely patient with the process of helping us switch internet and mobile phone providers (allowing us to set up services for home internet the same day). She's really great and was extremely patient in helping myself and my 18 year old son start services (as we are new to Augusta) -explaining home self installation. Thanks again Nikita!

        We are having a terrible experience with Xfinity and it's still ongoing. We, lady and I, put in to have service transferred to our new home on a certain date. Xfinity has cut off service at our former home a week early. In trying to get service reconnected at our previous residence (for a week), Xfinity is stating we have to pay a reconnection fee. It's their fault all of this has happened. It's been nearly impossible to reach a live representative. If anyone at Xfinity is reading this, please do the right thing and help us resolve this problem. We should not have to pay for a mistake that's not ours.
