        Hotel was nice clean. We got a king size with a couch. The mattress on the king bed was very stiff if you like soft you will wake up with your back hurting but other than that everything was good. Nice quiet and the breakfast wasn't bad my kids enjoyed the waffles. The mattress is the only reason it's a 4. Oh and the remote to the TV the buttons were sticky and hard to push down had to clean it. Looked like it got syrup on it.

        Upon entering premises front desk was anything but welcoming. Arrived to my room door with the door partially open which was extremely off putting. I spoke to the lady at the front desk about it and she told me maintenance must have forgot to close the door? Ive never seen this before. So unprofessional. And then the worst part of it all- the next morning I woke up to bed bug bites all over my right arm. The only good thing that came from this was it made me purchase bed bug spray for my future stay at hotels. All in all I would not recommend this hotel at all. I hate leaving negative reviews but felt future guests should know.

        Booked a king paid the extra for a king and when arrived the front desk did not tell us we were being bumped down to a double had to find out when we walked in the room! Not acceptable! I even called today to let them know wed be arriving a little late did they mention we were being bumped down absolutely not!!! The front desk lady has no personality heck doesnt even greet when you walk in!!! This is not how you wont to start your stay!
