        There is a night and day difference between the lunch and the dinner service at this location. Lunchtime is great, fast, fresh, and accurate orders. After 3 pm, however, the orders are rarely correct (wrong type of chicken, missing sides, missing sauces, plastic ware, etc). Service is woefully slow. Order ahead and still have to wait for what feels like an eternity. We have waited up to 1 hour to receive our food after ordering in the past. Always seem to be out of something. It really sucks when you have a craving but don't want to deal with the headaches. And the employees don't look professional at night compared to the daytime. I've spoken with corporate customer service and was promised a gift card that never came.
