I came into town as I usually do every other weekend and krystals is always the first place I stop on my way in, last time I came it was a horrible customer service experience but tonight Ms. Carmen made my experience great. She was patient made sure my order was correct and was very polite. Food was fresh and good, everyone isn't always happy on a Friday at midnight being at work but after driving 2 hours it's good to see workers who still want to make customers happy. Thank you again Ms. Carmen.

Went to this location about 2 in the afternoon. There were no other guests there besides myself and I had to wait a couple minutes before two employees came out from the back of the restaurant. Both employees had apathetic attitudes, and just didnt care if I ate there or not. When you go into a business to spend your hard earned money, it is nice to at least see workers with a smile on their face instead of a look of indifference. Both of them acted like i was wasting their time. This does not make you feel good about patronizing a business. Also, the food was definitely not fresh. Seemed like it was left over from the lunch hour.

Today went and got the 5 for 5 which ended up being $9.69 total. Please tell me why this not truly 5 for 5+ tax. I'm sure tax on 5 doesn't come to $9.69. This isn't the first time with issues either been there twice before and ordered 4 hotdogs and only got 3 each time. That was the reason I stopped going. Today thought ok let's give them another shot. And y'all blowed it again. 3 strikes ya out. With that said I'll not ever be purchasing anything from Krystals again
