I'm 39 and my first eye exam. The appointment wait time was moving slowly I saw one doctor working. Amanda was her name. She was professional and answered my questions. However when I asked for a return excuse it was when things started to change. They gave me a excuse from work with no return date so here I am I have already missed 3 weeks of work. Won't be back since they said there is nothing else they can do.

It was my first visit. I don't know if I just had extremely high expectations or what, but I somehow left out feeling unfulfilled. It had been a long time since I last visited any eye care provider. My purpose, was to of course, have my eyes examined. I also wanted glasses and a new pair of contacts. Although I couldn't afford the high cost of a particular pair, I don't understand why it was put off about discussing other options(different lenses that I could afford). I was sent out with the same lenses I've been wearing for a decade and told to get readers(1.75). I specifically stated in the beginning what I wanted, but I felt rushed, especially when I said I couldn't afford the $1000 lenses that were introduced to me. Therefore, as previously stated, I feel unfulfilled and unsatisfied with my first time experience at EyeCare1. I'll pick up my glasses when they're ready, but it is most likely that I will not return for any other visits...unless I have issues with those glasses.

I have been using eyecare one for a few years now, but this is the 2nd year in a row my eye exam has been completely wrong. I order my glasses out side of the store because the frame selection is terrible. I knew instantly it was wrong. I called Eyecare one and explained I needed the doctor to re-check the exam. I was told no, that he will not do that and its probably my glasses. Well #1. Ive Been wearing glasses/contacts since I was 8. I know when its wrong. Last year it was corrected and this year it was not and never offered to have my exam re-done. I went back to my old trusted optometrist who FIXED and caught Ed the huge mistake. ( I had to pay out of pocket for this ) Please take your time and do things accurately. Youve lost a patient and Im upset about this!
