        Where do I start with the amazing people here at this establishment. On the phone with Mrs.Anna was amazing customer service but coming into the office and interacting was 10 time better. Dr. Broail was knowledgeable and and provided me will answers to my many questions with a smile. Mrs. Donna personality made me feel at home and her service was second to none. Because of the combined customer service of these three lovely individuals I am now a lifelong member of this establishment for all of my eye care needs.

        Stopped by to get contact lens and the best and friendliest staff ever! I am visiting from another state and lost my contact so I had to get another pair. They even labeled my box to make sure I am using the right prescription for each eye. My original eye dr doesnt do that for me

        * The phone hold times are insane. Wasnt sure if I was calling an eye doctor office or the us government. 30+ minutes on hold. * The place is a little run down. Feels less like an eye doctor office and more like that one old persons home that you know. * My order did not arrive on time. Was ensured it would as I was moving soon.

        If I could give them zero or negative stars, I would. After a HUGE pain trying to order sunglasses back in March, I had to order new glasses for myself. My insurance benefit has not yet renewed, so I opted to use my prescription which I had obtained through this location, to order an inexpensive pair online. Easy enough until I realize my pupillary distance is not on my prescription. So I called this location and was informed I would have to come in and pay $29.00 to get a new PD measurement. I was told multiple conflicting reasons as to why they werent able to give me information which doesnt change and I had already paid for. The bottom line is My Eye Dr. doesnt want you taking your business somewhere else even if they already got their pound of flesh. They couldnt admit that so the conversation turned into a circular argument. Needless to say, when you pay for your prescription, you are only paying for some of it and you wont find any information readily available to suggest otherwise. Bad form.
