Ms. Nash really delivered me an my baby girl Joy an Happiness In January of 2024. Ms Nash an her staff was very supportive throughout my custody case. I was completely satisfied with effort an outcome. I was so overwhelmed when she called me with the best news I have ever gotten. My baby girl an I just want to say thank you for everything.         I do NOT recommend Ms. Nash as she mislead and conned me out of money. I contacted her to represent a family member which her assistant was very sweet and welcoming. She visited him in jail to discuss more. We then decided to hire her. When it came down to the hearing she didnt even try she barely asked questions or defended my family member. She then told me that she does NOT do cases as such nomore bc shes too old and case would be too much for her. She then dropped my family member as a client. I am appalled and very hurt. I asked for a refund she refused and instead said she would repsrent him for MORE money. She is a fraud she knew all the details of the case STILL took the case to then drop the client. She also did no work and was very subpar in the actually hearing. So if you are coming to her with a criminal case i would look elsewhere as she is too old and should be handled by a younger person HER words. She is nothing but a waste of time and money grab please look elsewhere! UPDATE: She is either making these reviews herself or having people write them pay attention to how they are ALL 5 stars, this should be illegal this shows how trustworthy she is as a lawyer

      Thank you for your feedback. As a career criminal defense attorney, I am acutely aware of the profound impact a pending criminal case has not just on the accused, but the family. I empathize with your pain and hurt. I respect your decision to protect you and your loved one’s identity by not using your name or their name in this post. As such, I will reply in general terms. When I am hired to represent an accused, such representation and corresponding fee is communicated in writing. The purpose of such documentation is to ensure both sides have a written record of what their fee covers. Once the purpose of such representation is fulfilled, representation is complete. I can understand from the perspective of a layperson, the work of a criminal defense attorney may appear effortless. What is not always readily apparent is the great deal of time expended in preparation for a court proceeding. It takes time to travel to the county jail to conduct an attorney-client visit, time to wait for the attorney-client room to become available, time for a jailor to escort you to the location of your client, time for the jailor to escort your client to the meeting room, time for you to meaningful discuss the pending matter with the client, time to be escorted back by a jailor to the front lobby to exit the jail, time to request case records from the agencies involved in the prosecution of the client, time to schedule the court date, time to communicate with client permission with designated family members and loved ones about the case, time to review the requested records, time to prepare for the hearing, time at the hearing, time to communicate with the family and loved ones after the hearing, time to meet with the accused at the jail to discuss what transpired at the court proceeding.
