This guy did nothing for us. His office wouldn't even help us get the final disposition paperwork until my family member had been in prison for close to a year. The sentencing my family member was convicted with was so harsh that when they paroled to a different state, the new state had to change the name of the charges from simple possession of marijuana to conspiracy to traffick drugs because the new state did not carry a penalty as harsh, unless it was for conspiracy and trafficking. We paid plenty too. $10k for the worst, most unprofessional, uncaring, unhelpful, unresponsive lawyer.

Excellent attorney! We have had to use him twice and both times the case was either dropped or dropped with a minimal fine. David is easy to get in touch with and he is responsive in calling you back. He shows up to court and is with you every step of the way. He is VERY knowledgeable of the law. David is NOT like the cheesy attorney’s that you see advertised on TV. He is professional. I highly recommend!!! I will recommend him to any of my friends and family if they find theirselves in an unfortunate situation. Thank you David for all you have done for my family.
