      image About a week ago, I purchased a belt and went to put it on a few days later, and the buckle broke off. Unfortunately, I lost my receipt, but tried return it in hopes of getting a new belt. The manager on duty was very unprofessional and rude, with a terrible attitude. He basically told me that there was nothing he could do without my receipt or the tag. I personally believe something could have been done to accommodate for a faulty product, but the manager just did not care enough. I did not get his name, but he was wearing several chains around his neck with his shirt opened up. Very unprofessional if you ask me. I have friends, family, and coworkers that frequent this store, and I have told them all about this experience. I will no longer be shopping here because of this terrible experience.
