        The att representative Mr. Gregory was a great help. He listened to my issues and provided excellent customer service. I am normally an online person,but my experience in-store was excellent. He was also 100% knowledgeable about the device and accessories that I purchased. I would definitely send more people to that location.

        terrible experience. associate couldn't figure out how to fix the issue i had with my phone, so the store manager got involved. this woman should not be in customer service, not only was she informal and unprofessional, she talked about me negatively in front of my face to her associate. i was shocked and appalled. her name is tamera teeling, but she goes by tay. if i could do zero stars, i would.
