        Worst. Made reservations month ago and they have no car when we go to pick up. Put on a wait list. 2nd time with this place. Never ever again. Lucky I couldn't give no stars

        We booked a 15 passenger van almost a month in advance for a trip to Disney. They called us an hour and a half the day of our trip to tell us they didnt have a van available. Selwin was rude and antagonized us when we questioned him. He refused to give me his title or any additional information. He offered no solutions at all and refused to send us a cancellation email/receipt. We will be filing a few other formal complaints as well. Save yourself the trouble from this location with horrible customer service! We will never use Budget again!
