This branch is so poorly run. The Manager will not return phone calls. Every time I go into the bank she is never there. The staff are very reluctant to assist with any issue. They don't pick up the phone.

This particular branch consistently provides terrible customer service. I can honestly say I have never had a good experience here and the employees do not care. I sat waiting for assistance with a fraud case and all I needed was for them to fax paperwork back to their fraud department but had to leave with no resolve. I sat there for 30 mins with no help and asked the teller if she could fax it for me but she stated I had to go to the customer service side for help. They had two people at customer service to assist and only one was busy the second remained in her office and neither customer service rep came to assist me or see what I needed. I have banked with several banks over my years due to me moving around in the military and this bank is the worst I have ever had to deal with and sadly one of the only branches in this area for this bank. If you do not bank here and are considering join BEWARE. Plenty of better banks in the area. I will be closing my account to bank with a bank that can provide good customer service and can be there when needed. FYI- the 2.1 overall rating review for this business is higher then deserved. Hopefully my review will put this rating as it belongs at a 1 star.

Questioning an NSF Charge on my account & Explained the lady the situation still don't recognize error & didn't want to help. No loyalty and been a long time customer even before the merger. Will begin looking for a new bank
