If I could leave a 0 star, I would. This bank is terrible, especially this location. They’re atms are shabby and don’t work. Sheryl Johanneson is as rude as can be, (the canniving witch was so extremely rude to me, it got me so shook up. She was not only rude to me but several other clients. The bank manager was in line and came to her desk, she started acting so sweet. Really???). I will NEVER go back to this bank, ever again. I’ve dealt with hundreds of thousands of dollars here at BOFA, now it’s over!!
I’ve been a member for 20 years, so rude and poor that they don’t treat me better.

I’d like to start off by saying: THIS BANK IS AWFUL AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
Cheryl Johanssen and Veleta are two of the rudest most canniving witches in existence. Very rude!
They are very biased and love to flirt with the former bank president (although they have nothing much to show). However, they treat women very rudely. I have had an account since 1997. Cheryl has treated me rude for years and so I have finally shut down my account. Cheryl has made several out of line comments and Veleta has put her input in way too many times without being asked. There’s plenty of people who would love to have this job. So these things (Cheryl and Veleta - and really all the other people there) need to be... fired. When you go to a place, you want to have a ‘I want to return’ feeling. Obviously, from the reviews on this page, everyone has the same feeling as I do, “I was so offended and never want to come here again”.
