        Waited till I was all moved in and was living here for a few months, but it has been nothing less than exceptional! Beautiful apartments, the maintenance workers are always nice and effective, and Katai is the best! Gave me a great tour and answers any and all of my questions.

        The property is nice. The way they treat human beings is not nice. Be prepared to be heavily nickel and dimed with all the hidden fees for things that dont work, you dont use, or dont care about. Your rent will be significantly higher than what is in your lease (and steadily increasing each month). And now ridiculously overpriced for a one bedroom in Augusta, GA. Management is subpar at best. Maybe youll be able to contact them and maybe you wont. But even when you do, youll be met with excuses instead of solutions.

        We are very happy so far. The management of everything is automated on third-party apps, which took a bit getting used to. But the staff is very friendly and efficient. It's a beautiful and safe place to be and there's little hassle to check in and get help with anything we need.
