The Fitzroy Augusta Townhomes

Lived here for about half a year and there were definitely some plus and minuses. I thought the leasing and management staff were very good. Maintenance was always responsive and helpful. There was always a faint smell of old cigarettes, presumably from a prior occupant, in my townhome. Be sure youre comfortable with cockroaches because theyre pretty unavoidable here. At least they mostly only come out at night.

This rating is strictly for the leasing office agents and their willingness to help me. I call a couple of days before having to leave my townhome in Virginia due to infestation of termites. Ashleigh was the person I spoke with initially who was very patience, calm, and knowledgeable about all my questions. She never once try to get me off the phone or refer me back to the website. I felt very heard and understood on what I needed and wanted in my choice of a new home. I was also given the pleasure of chatting with Cadie as well who weighed in reassuring me this was the best choice. After speaking with them I put my application in and they have been communicating with me every step of the way. Very excited to be moving into a place where the leasing agents care, thank you ladies.

Just moved out here 2 weeks ago and I can say I truly love it. Very quiet and CLEAN. The management is so nice

Ms. Katie welcomed me in with open arms. She so sweet and kind and answered all of my questions so patiently. Also, shes was truthful with me and I loved that. She gave me a tour of the townhouses and they are beautiful. She made this experience a wonderful experience for me!! Thanks again Ms. Katie!!
