Avalon Apartments

The Avalon Apartments are such great apartments. They are so clean and quiet. They really take care of these apartments and really take care of the tenants. I would rate the Avalon apartments the best for 2023. They are very reasonable with the pricing. The office staff is so sweet and the maintenance staff stays on point. Both parties keep this community together and this community is definitely worth the money. Peace and quiet no rat bendsjust an overall great community. I really hate to leave this community.

I enjoyed living at Avalon until management changed about a year ago. Amanda and Tracy refused to fix the electronic lock on my door. I suspected the battery had died, but couldn't figure out how to open the lock. They said there was nothing they could do because the lock was "special" and still belonged to the old management company. I would have to wait at least a week until the old management company was scheduled to remove the locks. They also refused to provide any other solution to stop a criminal from just walking into my apartment as they pleased. They then stopped answering the phones and locked the office door, despite their cars being parked out front. After a call to code enforcement and asking around, a family friend was able to fix the lock. Tracy gave us a $20 rent credit to pay for parts. Something is wrong with management when even Richmond county code enforcement is surprised by the level of negligence.
