        Very clean! Move in process was simple and quick, Holly is absolutely amazing! Shes really patient and she gets you the answers you need for all of your questions!

        I lived there for two years and would definitely move back in a heart beat. Quiet and well kept. Holly, the property manager, was welcoming and kind from day one until the day I moved out. Even the maintenance team was courteous and prompt. Marks Church Commons was a great choice.

        My sons apartment is very nice, roomy, clean carpets. He has COCKROACHES and management cant get rid of them. Otherwise, it seems to be a quiet and pleasant place, close to all stores. So I contacted management and they have a treatment plan to get rid of the roaches. I hope it works because the apartment is very nice.

        I am so blessed to be approved and have a new home here at Marks Church Commons. I feel like I'm at a resort more than an apartment. I have lived in several apartments in my lifetime but Holly (assistant manager) has gone out of her way to make me feel welcome and has made sure whatever needed to be done was done, done right and quickly. These apartments are spacious with more storage/closets than I've ever seen in an apartment and these apartments are in much better shape than any I've seen in a very long time. Great floorplans, washer/dryer connections (and laundry facilities here as well) and I look forward to making new memories in this beautiful area. Marks Church Commons offers more than any apartments I've lived in. We have a pool, not one but two ponds with fountains, volleyball court, lighted tennis court and the landscape is kept up beautifully. The location is perfect, close to everything. Come and check it out for yourself, you will be glad you did.
