My home has been the Pointe Grand apartments for about 8 months, and I absolutely love it! Safety is a major concern for me, and I have felt safe right from the start. The grounds are well-maintained, and the community is conveniently located near shopping and major highways. The office is staffed with friendly, helpful and professional people who genuinely care. Residents are regularly invited to participate in activities such as ice cream socials and food bank drives. There is an awesome maintenance team! Their response time to service requests is prompt, and they are knowledgeable in their field. Whenever I have questions and concerns, I appreciate the time they take to explain things to me with patience and professionalism. I am pleased to live in a safe, clean, well-maintained and friendly neighborhood. I highly recommend it.

I moved here from halfway across the country and these apartments have been an excellent choice so far! Great location, with a brand new grocery store being built next door and the interstate roads close by for easy access to everything the city has to offer. I have high hopes for a great year here :)

Kaitlyn is amazing!!!! She is so informative and knowledgeable on everything. She is the kindest person and doesnt get tired of answering your questions or concerns. She makes you feel at home already just from the tour and your encounters with her. She will go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for you and your new home. She made sure to find me the exact apartment that was perfect for me and my family. Shes really is awesome!!! And pointe grand is great. Very calm and enjoyable living area
