        No my dear Brittany or whatever your name is,I wasn't upset , I had a smile on my face and was laughing and cutting up!! Can you say the same ?? No ,you didn't crack a smile and you are not very friendly !! I even told you your hair was pretty and you didn't even say thanx or anything,you just looked at me like I was dumb!! Just face it ,you have no personality and you think you are better than everyone else because daddy owns a tow truck business!! Well la-ti-da!!! You are just rude !! Smile sometimes instead of looking down your nose at everyone that comes through that door !! Poor little girl , don't you realize we the customer pays you to have a paycheck!!))))) Have a lovely day , God bless your heart!!!))))))((((((((((( People in customer service need to at least have a pleasant attitude!! No personality people!!! Smile every once in a while !!
