CBS news report on 1/24/2020 says they have shutdown and at least 2 couples are out thousands of dollars and no one has reached out to the couples! Look up the news report for yourself.

I have paid over $3000 for this venue and never heard back and continued to be charged. I am now struggling to get my money back and was left without a venue. We were never contacted about the venue closing and never spoke with Toke, but yet continued to receive invoices.

Jannie Austin I agree with you I had appointments canceled no one called.. I had an appointment today @ 11am I arrived 20 minutes early I get a call @10:54 ooh we’re not going to make it.. this is very unprofessional “saying the person I’m supposed to meet with can’t make it... I will not support this business and I will pass the word on how unprofessional they are.. I want my day to be special and I want my guess to feel the same way and with this type of behavior I won’t be getting that so I’m going with another venue.. thanks for the wonderful customer service 😡

I honestly think this place may be an awesome place to have an event. I filled out the form on their site for a call consultation twice. My fiancé and I made time for these consultation to take place in our schedule. TWICE!!!! Never received a phone call for either consultations. Called after the first one and left a voice message. After the Second time I called and the voice mail box were full. Also left an email with each time I’ve called. No response. It’s been going on two weeks at this point. Again I haven’t toured, seen, or met anyone or anything in this establishment. The customer service is nonexistent at this point.

DONT BOOK THIS VENUE!!! They over book themselves and they don’t not respond. This is sad because I love supporting black owned businesses. My sister is 4 days away from her wedding (which again is 4 days away) and no one has called her. This is horrible. I mean who would do this to a person on the most important day of her life. Save your money and save yourself some stress and use another venue. FRAUDS !!!
