Conveniently located in the heart of downtown ATL on Peachtree St. Lovely accommodations and bedding. Great for a "Staycation."

Great service, all employees were very friendly. As others have reviewed, the rooms are small and slightly dated. Some examples in my room: the bathroom door would not stay open, water from the shower sprayed all over the bathroom floor with the door closed. The location is a bit sketchy - woke up to a homeless person and a dead rat right outside the main entrance one morning.

This is not a 4*. Whilst an ok stay, i think this is 3* at best. Staff was friendly, cannot complain there. Room was clean, no complaints. Needs a refresh. Rooms are beat up, ceiling tiles falling out and patched up. Toilet kept running and we had to take top off the tank and fix repeatedly. Shower head blocked in places. Furniture is worn but the bed and pillows were great! Loved the bed and we slept well. Blinds were spotted and stained. Could not use all the outlets by the bed as the bead head covered them. Restaurant is a non starter. Be aware 50 dollar vallet. You are down town so really no other choice. It gets worse...The % convenience fee for paying by credit card was a nasty surprise and left a bad taste, especially as it was applied to the tip as well as the fee. Its not high but just a really bad way to end what was an ok stay. The hotel cannot help it but this area has a very bad pan handling issue. The homeless issue downtown has grown since my last visit and needs addressing, especially with a few of the aggressive ones we encountered. Again, this is totally not the fault of the hotel but an issue that the local authorities and state needs to address sooner rather than later. I love atlanta and the people are so awesome in the city.
