U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

I had a one day rental from this location, and they charged me for 3 days! The truck was returned clean, within 24 hours, and with more gas in the tank than when I picked it up. I drove it for less than 75 miles, I was charged for 100+ miles! The pickup/dropoff location is a mess, random broken down cars and trucks in the lot, trash all over the place, and no staff on site. I waited twenty minutes for staff to show up for my scheduled pick up time. No answer when calling them, so my complaints have been taken to U-Haul corporate in hopes of getting some help recovering the money they scammed from me. TLDR: They charge days you didn't use They charge miles you didn't use They don't answer the phone They don't help their customers Go somewhere else!!

This isnt a real location, its a busted down shack, you might get robbed trying to get anything from here. The guy who works here is unprofessional and had me waiting on site for over 30 minutes during business hours. Just go somewhere else
