      image Rented the car from a different branch yet this branch went to pickup the car upon return. Before communicating with the other branch, FALSELY made an accusation of damages (even though the other branch has called/communicated to me that they knew about these and were very confused where this was coming from) and tried to put blame onto me for prior damages. Hostile customer service representative.

      image Wouldn't honor my reservation when I arrived at the facility without a utility bill to prove my address? Wouldn't accept my credit card either. was very rude and unhelpful in trying to resolve the issue.
