        I had a nail in my tire. They couldnt plug it, but everyone who helped me was phenomenal! The front desk and the manager both explained everything very well.

        This was my first visit. I did not have an appointment, but they checked my car issue without hesitation. I noticed that they displayed great customer service to everyone who came in. My issue was completed, and I was/is very pleased.

        I booked an oil change and tire rotation for 4pm. I wasnt seen until after 430. My recommendation is if you want efficient timely service dont come here. Not helpful. Not nice. Not on any type of timetable. Im going to miss my meeting. Will never come here again. They also didnt even check my tire pressure although the sheet said they did. Smh. Finally ready at 620. Terrible. I do not recommend. .
