        I called early Sunday morning, rim issue, I thought on my 540i The young lady that answer was really nice, I was questioning why she couldn't give me a price over the phone for the repair, she explained it's only because every situation is different, let her just take took and she'll go from there. Douglasville has no tires shops open on Sunday so I took the 25 min. drive. I arrived she came right out instructed everyone what to do...thank goodness it wasn't my rim (550.00) it was just a small hole in the tire that she took care of @ $ 40.00 on a run flat. Blessing to her great customer service and honesty!

      I honestly do not know who you are…. I can’t recollect having any issue like this with any customer and such has never happened at our shop before. Kindly come down to the shop with your receipt. Thank you.
