        I took my brand new 2023 Frontier to a Nissan Dealership because one of my Hankook tires had a sidewall bulge. My vehicle had less that 5k miles on it so I knew my tires were covered through Hankook. I was told by the dealer that they wouldnt be able to file the claim for me and that I could either call Hankook myself for a credit or send them a bill for reimbursement on the tire if I went ahead and purchased it. This struck me wrong so I contacted Hankook directly and explained the situation. The customer service rep was phenomenal and explained to me that the dealer was wrong, explained why, gave me a case number, and informed me to go back to the dealership and have them call the rep directly. Once that was done, I was immediately thrown into a que for tire replacement and the warranty accepted. Hankook has earned a LIFETIME customer now. Never have I felt more supported and confident by a customer service rep and company. Thank you guys so much!
