I had a wonderful experience here. The environment is welcoming and relaxing. The entire process is explained from beginning to end and all my questions were answered thoroughly. I was also told to feel free to text any questions that I may have. It can be difficult to find great service and a welcoming presence in Atlanta so I appreciated the experience and have been recommending my friends to go and will definitely be going back. Thank you!

I am so happy with my results! I was a bit scared because my teeth are very sensitive and I did whitening years ago and it was so painful but I am a heavy coffee drinker and was ready to get my teeth whitened and OMG I am so glad I went to them. It did not hurt at all and my results were incredible! The place is very clean also and the owner is very knowledgeable and thorough explaining everything. Highly recommend!

Address to business is sent less than 24 hours before appointment, they dont have a business address for customers to see prior to booking. They have a 24 hr cancellation policy that keeps your deposit and charges you an extra $50 if cancels are made within 24 hrs of your appointment. I needed to reschedule due to distance because address was over an hr away and I had no idea until less than 24 hrs before my appointment (hence address was sent at 6pm previous night, I cancelled at 830 that following morning an hour before my appt). No help to reschedule whatsoever, they dont answer the phone you have to text and whomever responds has no compassion for your situation. Its crazy to me that customers dont know where they are going until less than 24 hrs before appointment and if cancels are made due to distance thats somehow your fault and you are penalized for it. The number I text stopped responding and was left to figure it out myself. Customer service is trash and Im pretty sure Ill get a nasty response to this review seeming as though the other bad reviews got nasty responses as well. Wont respond through text or call but Im sure will respond to this. They will also say I tried to cancel 35 mins prior to appointment, thats a lie. I text the same number that text me night before, an hour before my appointment (have text to prove) and got no response so had to find another number to text. And above all that I canceled before they even opened and business address was sent to my phone after business hours. Overall customer service experience 0/10. Was really excited to get my teeth whitened and now have to take business elsewhere because of how poorly my situation was handled.
