Worst dental place ever. I didn't get seen until almost 2.5 hrs after my scheduled time. The dental assistance said to be patient and I had to wait over an hour in the lobby and then another hour once I got inside when they called my name. Then the Dr. showed up and only spoke to me for less than 5 minutes. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They're so unorganized there. Didnt even apologize for the wait and the head doctor didnt even care to give information after the visit. He was rushing people in and out. Don't waste your time here its not worth it at all. There were people who arrived an hour after me and got their names called before me. Parking was horrible too.

This place is amazing. I moved to Atlanta from a small town and really had fear that I would just be a number and never be able to get in nor have the relationship that I had with my previous dentist but it's been completely opposite. Being a member of a National Guard unit that deploys often, it is mandatory that we keep our teeth in order and often the number one reason members get kicked out. This office always makes time for me even when it's last minute before I left for service for Hurricane Ian or December 23 before they shut down for the holiday and provided me a last minute root canal. The front office communicates so much whether it's over the phone or via text. They also go out of their way to work with insurance companies to ensure we don't take on any unexpected debt. Dr. Lottier is very knowledgeable, gentle and caring about dental health but also recognizes it is hard for so many to afford due to dental insurance coverage being so little. So thankful I have them in my health network in Atlanta to depend on.

Dr. Lottier performed a root canal procedure on my tooth that apparently went wrong. I was scheduled to come back in and have the error corrected. I suffer from dental anxiety so its super important that I find a dentist who understands this. So during the initial visit I informed him of all of this. He did root canal, although the treatment itself didnt go well, he stated in regard to my dental anxiety I did great. My reschedule appt was canceled due to the Dr. Lottier being ill. On today 7/13/22 as I was headed to the dentist, nearly 10 minutes from the location he tells his front office staff to tell me he will not be seeing me do not come. Someone else should take a look at it. Whatttt? The mistake was made on his behalf why would I see someone else? Im in pain and he turned me away. This is how he treats soldiers in the armed forces. I pray no one else has to encounter him. As a matter of fact hopefully youll avoid him at all costs.
