        Weve been going to Swimmerman for two years now. Mr. Manfred (the owner) and Mr. Kyle have been awesome teachers. The location is not convenient to our house, and we gladly drive my other swim schools to be here. The facility is nice, but its the teachers and small class size that we love.

        The waitlist is not transparent, it's just a mystery. We waited for almost a year. Our 5yo was in weekly classes for a FULL YEAR and still couldn't swim. The teachers are nice (as other reviews state) but the program just isn't effective. The facility is clean and well maintained. Family friendly changing area.

        We have been at Swimmerman for about a year and not only do my boys now love swimming, they are confident and comfortable in the water. We have had fantastic experiences with all the staff weve worked with. Mr. Kai has been amazing with my 4yo - he is patient, has really gotten to know my son and the style of teaching he needs, and weve seen tremendous progress! Mr. Mannfred has been wonderful with my 1.5yo and teaching me how to teach my little guy. Hes very detailed in his lessons and teaches you the why behind his methods. His calm, easygoing demeanor melts away any anxiety my son shows. It puts me at ease that their priorities are always on safety and feeling comfortable and confident in the water. I would highly recommend swim lessons at Swimmerman and so grateful we found them!

        The coaches are nice. The progression is very slow I feel. Maybe other parents have better experiences. I'm putting this out there so parents can watch out for this and decide if it's a fit for them.

      Thank you for pointing out places where we can improve, Halley. We have been wrestling with our waitlist procedures as well and will continue working to improve them. We can do a lot to improve the communication with you as parents to better understand what your son was learning and where we were headed this past year. My sincere regret was that we didn't connect on this issue until after your trust in us was already shaken. We never want any client to feel their time, commitment, or money is wasted at Swimmerman. I gave your family my cell number the last time we spoke and (given the opportunity) would love to work through this plateau with your son. Regardless, Mr Kyle will miss swimming with you and we wish you all the very best as he continues his journey learning to swim.
