This location is clearly operating a theft ring and the Manager of delivery drivers appears to be involved. The delivery drivers consistently use lies to explain why packages are not delivered, usually of the following nature: no longer lives at address; no such address; refused to accept delivery. When the facility's employees are contacted, (especially and including the delivery driver manager) they frequently tell customers that the package(s) was/were returned to the sender. However, the sender never receives the package. This UPS facility needs to be investigated by the GBI for commerce theft and violations. When UPS upper management and/or executives are contacted, one can only reach a Chatbot.

Went to pick up high value item that was shipped here. Was notified it was ready for pick up but when I arrived no one could find it. Employees did search in the bin it was assigned to .but as of now, it is lost. I was told to return Monday. I live over an hour away and work full time. This is so insane to me that no one seems worried that a high dollar item is missing

Google hours say they open at 8am I drove all they way there and they have a piece of paper saying they don't open till 10. Very inconvenient and unprofessional.
