Front desk associate, Christine, was so incredibly unhelpful and rude. No problem solving ability. The epitome of thats not my job and not doing a single solitary thing beyond his job description. Ill go out of my way to NOT go to this location and have to possibly deal with this employee again.

In full disclosure I didn't have any face-to-face issues with this location but because of the fact that twice this week out of the three packages that I was receiving two times I never received the package I never received the door tag I just got an alert from the app telling me that I missed my package which I did not I'm currently disabled I've been sitting waiting on the package since I knew it was coming because it is banking information. I even called early this morning to again inform FedEx that some of your drivers are drivers maybe can't read so please make sure that they have my phone number so if they can't find my address they can call me. No one called nobody brought my package once again and now I have to figure out in my Limited capacity how am I going to go get this package and then add insult to injury when I received a message saying that they tried again and I wasn't here which I'm here right now have always been here but anyway they sent me an on the update telling me that they tried to deliver the package and didn't deliver the package I could go pick it up at this location look and then had the audacity to say after 8:00 but the company closes at 7:30 so what in the world is wrong with these people. I don't even have the energy for it right now considering my own situation but I'm going to have to move forward on trying to get together a class action suit against this company because this obviously is not just me that they abuse
