        This facility uses its month-to-month rental rates to bait and switch customers. Not once, but TWICE in the last year I have rented a unit for an agreed upon rate AND in the middle of the second month I received a notice that the rental rate would increase by more than 25% in the third month. While this is clearly legal per the terms of the contract, after seeing them do this BOTH times I rented from them I advise folks to stay far away from these guys. The business model is clearly a bait and switch: they lure you in with a reasonable rate and then once youve filled a unit with stuff they raise the rate by 25-30% and call it a market adjustment. Dont fall for it - go somewhere else. All of the positive reviews here reflect the quality of the facility: it is clean and the staff are friendly. But the pricing structure is predatory, a reality that all these I just rents the unit yesterday reviews do not reflect. Beware.
