Do not use this location! I bought a packing box for an upcoming move and it was not glued on all 4 sides (useless). I tried to return it and was treated with rudeness and disdain that I have never experienced before. I was told they would not exchange the box and I'd have to purchase another. The person in charge threatened to call the police (over a $15 shipping box!) if I did not leave the store. I was polite throughout the interaction (goodness knows how).

Dont purchase moving supplies from this location. We purchased an armoire box that when unwrapped was dysfunctional (one corner was completely unattached). We drove a town to exchange it and instead my partner, who was polite throughout the discussion, was told if he didnt leave they would call the police. Because they couldnt resell it. Threats over a $15.00 box. Appalling. Poor form U-Haul!!!

DO NOT RENT HERE! Today was a complete waste of the time. I had a reservation and needed to wait for the cardholder. I asked if the truck would still be reserved the manager (I assume) said, I wouldnt give your truck away that would be cruel. I went to my car to wait. When my person arrived, the manager called someone else, then she said the van reserved is missing a key and theres nothing available. This lady lied, she gave away 4 trucks while I was waiting in the car and another one while we standing in line waiting to be acknowledged, knowing I was waiting on truck. I was so upset. She even threatened to call the police on me. Moving is already stressful ,this was a horrific experience. I had movers waiting and a loading time reservations all thrown off because of Uhaul. This cost me so much extra money. The worst part is, all she had to do was be honest. I wouldve left when I first came and went somewhere else. She couldve of simply state that she couldn't make any guarantees to hold the truck or they were looking for a key. Calling the police, was unacceptable, especially for poor business practices is wrong. I had a right to be upset. Protect your peace and dont rent here. Update: Uhaul corporate did issue me a refund, no formal apology but there were reverse charges. If you have a bad experience call corporate.
