I interviewed about 5-6 different realtors but I knew Darlene and Lee were the ones to help me purchase my first home. I couldn't script a better chemistry! They each brought something different to the process that made me feel both comfortable and confident throughout. I could always count on them to be responsive, honest, and most importantly patient. These two have DEEP knowledge of in-town Atlanta properties, something that's especially important for me because I'm new to the area. Before we ever saw a house, they took me on a tour of several neighbors pointing out the history, architecture and upcoming plans. 8 a.m. phone call to discuss a property or 11 p.m. call to walk through a 30 page contract, it didn't matter. Someone was always available. The level of service surpassed my wildest expectations. They really helped make the home-buying process as stress-free as it can be. All in all, it was an absolute pleasure to work with them. When it's time to move, I know who I'm calling.

Lee and Darlenes approach to preparing, selling, finding and buying a home is second to none! This has been the easiest and smoothest transition for our family of five + two dogs imaginable! Lee and Darlene are the best of the best! We used them to purchase our first home, and from the beginning, they were so on top of it and gave us such great advice. They continued to check in each day about new listings, and when we finally found the perfect home, they did everything they could to help us get it (which is not easy in this market!) I would use them again 1000%, and would recommend any of my friends and family use them too, should they ever need it! What a wonderful experience. Thank you so much Lee and Darlene!
