Heather helped my boyfriend and I find the most wonderful condo! She was extremely thorough with explaining the process and answering my questions, as this was my first time doing this- it definitely made the experience super smooth sailing. Was very honest and realistic throughout the process about what to expect too! She was quick, detailed, and very communicative. We are so thankful to her! Highly recommend.

My wife and I have now used Heather Cummings to buy 2 homes and sell 1 and I absolutely could not recommend her enough. We bought and sold both all homes in Smyrna and were moving out of Atlanta/Virginia Highlands when we first wanted to buy. She has been more than a realtor for us and has gone above and beyond to not only help us sell our homes but make us feel comfortable throughout the process. She fought for us, she checked in on us, is an incredible communicator, and generally just made us feel like family. She even got TONS of compliments on the details she put into our home when we were listing to sell and throughout the closing process. I will be using her to buy and sell all my future homes and recommending her to everyone I know!!

Heather has helped me buy/sell multiple homes. She and her team are fabulous! She goes above and beyond to help with whatever is needed to keep the transaction running smoothly beyond just finding the home/going under contract. Great communication throughout the process. Highly recommend!
