Extremely unprofessional and unsocial. I've hired him for appraisal of a property for financing. he was very nice at the beginning and once we did all the paperwork and put the order, he started ignoring our email, call and text. we made tremendous effort to get in touch with him but he never responded back. we were in rush as our closing was approaching but this odd guy totally ignored the situation. do not recommend him

unfortunately i was not able to choose my own appraiser. Barrett H. Sanders was sent to the home i am trying to buy. Well, he was SUPPOSED to go to the home. HE NEVER SHOWED UP!!! yet made an appraisal 100% based off internet information! the seller has the home equipped with security cameras , he was not on ANY of the cameras, there were NO PICTURES of the property on the appraisal, his mapped configuration of the home was incorrect, rooms in the wrong places, but of course it would be hard to know where the rooms are of a house YOU'VE NEVER BEEN TO! my lender had to challenge his appraisal, we reported Barrett H. Sanders to the GA Real Estate board, they sent out a whole new appraiser to appraise the property PROPERLY! this man must be on some kind of drugs to think that he would get away with such GROSS and BLATANT disreguard for the job. How did this man think he would get away with such a horrible appraisal job? I guess I will never know. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! THIS MAN IS A HORRIBLE APPRAISER!!!! ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT!!!!! all of this happened only 5 days ago on 12/03/2019
