This company is excellent. They are friendly and very efficient. I used their service in 2021 and again, most recently in 2023. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs a fair appraisal. I live out of state, and the communication was flawless.

Excellent customer service and fantastic turnaround time. Helen was professional, friendly, and understanding of my need to appraise a house quickly. I called Worth Every Dollar on Friday, and by Monday, I had someone out to appraise the home, and I had the report by the end of the week. The report was accurate and helped me get the taxes lowered. There isn't a better appraiser that exists. The rates were reasonable and worth every penny! I will be recommending Worth Every Dollar Appraisals to all of my clients.

I recently had an appraisal done with Loris P, and can't recommend his service highly enough! Very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Loris was able to complete our appraisal on a tight timeline within a week, significantly faster than other companies we contacted. The appraisal was very thorough and thoughtful, and Loris called to explain his process, findings and answer any questions. This entity created a hardship in delivering an inadequate product. When you have a child in Children's Healthcare of Atlanta you outsource business to entities praying for integrity and credibility. I see people with cancer every other month. Integrity goes beyond dealing with feeble... It stretches to dealing with people with purchasing power to leverage longlasting business growing relationships. I deal with people as if I am going tomorrow cause I know first hand that the cancer patient, the mogul, the homeless personal should all be treated fairly. Not who you think you can get over on. I've worked for TSA, Dept of State, Immigration... I rise cause I'm fair. THIS ENTITY ISNT
