I live in neighboring unit being managed by Lin from Regent group & witnessed the diligence and detail they went into as a major deck replacement project was in progress at my neighboring unit- from finding the right contractor to negotiating a very good price. i got in touch with Lin to understand details of the contractor they used & she was very helpful. There were other decks repaired ion our community & they are already showing signs of defects.

I recently wrote a review on Lin (who I can find no record of being an actual realtor,) and removed it, as we had an unprofessional blowout argument, and she expressed her desire to start over. Reluctantly, I obliged; however, it was to my detriment, as she has burned me again. Initially when working with Lin, she asked for a plethora of information, which seemed a bit exorbitant at the time, but I proceeded with the process, even with some questions being unusual and intrusive. Problems immediately began: The communication was very lackluster the entire time. When I first viewed the property, she did not offer to meet me at the property, or provide any general directions, or offer for me to call with questions, etc. Once I started sending in documentation, it was always something additional needed, and the requests were becoming excessive , with the goal post always moving. Also, she stated that she was having issues with here phone or phone service, and had missed several texts, and didn't receive calls, which she never answers her phone. She began being very rude and combative when I addressed here professionalism, and continued to drag this process out with just more and more requests for documentation, as she stated the owner is underwater and needs a reliable tenant. In almost every text and the 2 phone calls, she overly expressed the need for a tenant who will never be late. Not only does Miss Chen have broken English, she also texts in the same manner, which makes it even more difficult to understand, aside from her lackluster personality. Also, this relate group is a ONE MAN SHOW, where she appears to misrepresent her credentials and the properties that she represents. Also this business is not registered with the BBB, and I can't find an active realtor license for her. We finally had massive argument, where she was very disrespectful and condescending, which prompted my review. After seeing that review, she retaliated against me, and became vindictive by accusing me of submitting fraudulent paystubs, and since I work for bank, she assumed that I worked at a branch; however, I work in the corporate office. In an action of retaliation for the review, she attempted to contact the branch, and sent my personal information via e-mail to someone at the branch to try and prove that the stubs were fraudulent (which they were not,) and received erroneous information from an employee at the branch level, and went on a tyrant, calling and texting me with inappropriate accusations. This random person now has my PAYROLL INFORMATION, because of Lin COMPROMISING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. I had to call the branch manager with Lin on the line to clear things up, and even called MY HR department with Lin on the phone to verify. She never apologized for it and continued to try and convince me that it was my fault. She told my employer that she wanted to file a report that someone was using fraudulent check stubs with the company's name on it, and they are obligated to escalate with a SAR (suspicious activity report,) which flags an individual in the entire financial system, on top of this BEING MY EMPLOYER. This was humiliating, all over retaliation. Please DO NOT WORK WITH THIS WOMAN. I think she is so suspicious of people because she is a fraud. I have also filed a complaint with her with the BOARD of Realtors, as I have never had a professional act this way. This lady is unhinged and is nice one minute, and will turn on you the next, giving off bi-polar tendencies. This was a miserable experience, which has been very stressful and overall appalling.

I rented a home from Lin for many years and she always went above and beyond expectations on everything. She rented me a wonderful home at a fantastic price and was always incredibly fast on responses and getting anything fixed that I needed. She is an incredibly kind woman on top of everything else and I highly recommend her!

I've been renting from Regent Group Realty for many years and am very happy with their service. The properties they've shown me are all great, and any concerns I have are always addressed and fixed immediately. Will definitely continue to rent with them!
