Rorry Buys Houses recently purchased one of our properties! The transaction was very smooth and seamless. Working with Rorry on selling my Mothers house was a great experience. I had not been looking forward to putting my Mothers house on the market and all the work that would come with getting the house ready for that. I had been getting a lot of letters from REIs in the mail pertaining to the property, one of them was from Rorry. I decided to call her and after some back and forth, we settled on a price that was acceptable to both of us. Within a couple of weeks we had closed on the property. I cannot tell you what a relief and burden off my shoulders that was. Thank you Rorry for answering my call and taking my Mothers house.
