We had the wonderful opportunity to work with both Arje and Jim on the sale of my deceased Mom's house. The first three words that come to mind are: invaluable, teamwork & excellence! Their excellent service and teamwork were invaluable during a difficult time of grieving for us.They led us through the sales process, always being one step ahead of any issue that might arise. None did, and the entire sale could not have gone any smoother or quicker. Thanks to their contacts list, Mom's house had 3 offers before the date we planned to put it on the market. Further all offers were at, or above, the price we worked with them on and agreed on. They have a "Rolodex" of contacts that helped fix the different parts of the house repair list and were all outstanding. A special acknowledgment to Lori, who managed the estate sale. Those three words apply to her as well. The McCartys helped us buy our first home in 2000 after being recommended to us by good friends. The house was perfect for our young family of six! We have stayed in touch since then, and in 2022, when it seemed the right time to start looking for our next house, Arj and Jim were ready to help. In just a few short weeks they gave us a crash course in the latest in buying, selling, house-hunting and financing, helped us find, qualify, and buy the next perfect house for our (slightly less young) family of six, got our first house listed, expertly staged, and sold after only 3 days of open house, and guided us through all the chaos of closing on both homes like the amazing professionals they are. We don't plan to move again, but if we do, we know what metro-Atlanta team to call upon! The McCartys and their team are simply the best!
